Rats Hole in the village of Mundham is situated in
its own grounds of approx an acre. It's in a truly
rural environment 2 miles West of Loddon and
12 miles South of Norwich. Rats Hole house was built in the early 1900's and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms complete with wood burners, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms + entrance hall and utility room. Outside there is lots of garden space, pond, swings and see saw for the children, barbeque and swimming pool.
For those wishing for a peaceful , away from it
all break then Rats Hole is for you with access from the front gate to many varied and interesting walks with the village shop being
just a mile away.
Rats Hole can sleep 11 persons in the 4 bedrooms and has ample space in the two reception rooms whilst the large farmhouse kitchen has both oil and electric cookers. The swimming pool, which is shared with the
owner's family, is unheated so a big breath
is required before entry!!!!

Spacious farmhouse style kitchen with Stanley oil-fired cooker and dining area. Utility room. Cloakroom/WC. Double bedroom with single beds (for + 2) and en-suite shower room/WC. First floor: Double bedroom. Two twin bedded rooms, one with additional pull out bed (for +1). Bathroom/WC with separate shower cubicle.
